These sugar free Christmas crackles are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth and are made in a flash! Perfect for last minute Christmas party invites and unexpected Christmas catch ups. Chocolate Christmas Crackles (makes 12)
Ingredients 2 2/3 cups puffed rice 1/4 cup rice malt syrup 100g cacao butter 150 g coconut oil 1/4 cup dessicated coconut 2 Tbs raw cacao powder Pistachios and dried cranberries, chopped (optional) Method1. Melt butter and oil over low heat in a saucepan 2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; pour over melted butter and oil and mix well 3. Spoon mix into 12 patty cases (i put mine in a muffin tray to make for easy refrigeration) 4. Sprinkle with pistachios and cranberries for a Christmassy touch 5. Refrigerate 1 hour until set. Serve and enjoy!
