Every time another celebration rolls around I am kindly reminded that all the sugary treats used to celebrate specific occasions are no longer my friends.

Proteinage Dream!
Foodie and fitness junkie.... not usually two references you hear in the same sentence. In my experience, many fitness junkies, whilst often obsessed with food... or at least calories, lack the quintessential ingredient necessary to be classified as a foodie; a true passion and appreciation for taste. Tomayto, tomato!
How good is home grown produce?!!! It's so pleasing for me to go out and water my little veggie garden everyday and see one or two little strawberries and raspberries starting to grow. My husbands side of the patch on the other hand, not known for his humble ways, has a proverbial tomato mountain growing in it!
